Catholic Advocacy Day

Every year, Catholics from across California are encouraged to engage with their local legislators on policies that support the mission of a more just society that values and upholds the dignity of the whole human person. Organized and sponsored by the California Catholic Conference (CCC) and coordinated locally by the Office of Advocacy, this is an opportunity for Catholics in the region to join our voices with our fellow members in the faith as advocates for justice. From policies that work towards seeing an end to poverty and expand protections for the environment or ensure that life is protected at all stages, from conception to death, Catholic Advocacy Day ensures that the seamless garment of Catholic Social Justice is made manifest in the public square.
